Whatever happens regarding Patterson and Sanchez.....Billy G has come in at the 11th hour and made UK a serious contender for all these recruits. UK fans have seen BCG work his ass off on the recruiting trail.....BCG has been selling UK basketball seemingly everywhere and has already brought in Legion, a top 30 recruit. Looking at 08 and 09 recruits......BCG already is getting UK listed among a number of very highly rated recruits. There is simply no comparison between the recruiting energy and effort exhibited by BCG and the poor recruiting effort from Tubby!

Mark in down......BCG will bring in a boatload of talent in the coming years. Cat fans must have patience not only on the recruiting trail this year, but on the floor this coming season. Gillispie has been given the reins of a UK program that will need to be rebuilt over the next couple of years with big time recruits.

Gillispie will make all UK fans proud......he has already exhibited the kind of passion for UK basketball that we want from our coach. BCG will be a fantastic salesman for UK basketball as we are already seeing in just a little over the month that he has been at UK.

The future of UK basketball under BCG is very bright indeed!
